Members of the Third District are invited to attend a meet-and-greet with the newly appointed Third District Commander, Ryan Lubrano.

A 21-year veteran with the NOPD, Commander Lubrano's experience includes supervising the multi-agency gang unit, Assistant Commander of the Seventh District, located in New Orleans East and most recently the Commander of the Homicide Unit.

Commander Lubrano has a Bachelor’s of Science in Criminal Justice from Southern University and he recently completed training at the FBI Training Academy in Quantico, Virginia.

“This will allow me to share what I learned with NOPD to make the department even better.” Commander Lubrano said.

The meet-and-greet is scheduled for Thursday, June 27, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. at the Third District Station located at 4600 Paris Avenue.
