The NOPD has arrested Norman Andrews (pictured at left, DOB: 01-26-2000) and Nakieah Andrews (pictured at right, DOB: 03-19-2002) in connection with an auto theft incident that occurred in the 4700 block of Western Street on May 21, 2019.
Both subjects were located at a residence in the 6000 block of Downman Road, where they were arrested and booked into the Orleans Parish Justice Center.
