Suspect Wanted for Aggravated Battery by Shooting on Garden Oaks Drive

Officers in the Fourth District have identified the suspect wanted for an aggravated battery by shooting incident that occurred in the early hours of Friday morning (June 1).

At approximately 3:15 a.m.,Gregory Jackson (DOB:11/12/1978) arrived in the 3500 block of Garden Oaks Drive where he became involved in a dispute with a male subject. At that time, Jackson allegedly produced a semi-automatic handgun and shot the victim.

The male victim suffered a gunshot to the leg.
