The NOPD is seeking to locate and identify an individual believed to be responsible for a criminal damage to property in the 1000 block of Bienville Street on June 16, 2017.
At about 5:10 a.m., an unknown black male subject was observed via surveillance as he broke the rear, passenger window of a gray 2010 Nissan Sentra. The subject was observed wearing a black and white striped shirt, brown shorts, gray sneakers and white ankle socks.
