UPDATE: Man Turns Himself in for Criminal Damage by Using Firearm

Alonzo Bowie turned himself in at the Seventh District station today (June 7, 2017). 

 

Orginial Story

NOPD Seventh District officers have identified Alonzo Bowie (DOB: 6/17/1997) as the perpetrator in an incident where he discharged his firearm into a home.

The incident happened on May 30, 2017. At around 9:30 p.m., the above pictured individual, Alonzo Bowie discharged an AK-47 rifle into an occupied residence in the 4700 block of Stemway Drive. The subject then fled the scene on foot.

Alonzo Bowie is currently wanted for aggravated criminal damage to property and illegal discharge of a firearm. Bowie also has an additional arrest warrant on file for a simple assault.
