The NOPD continues to seek information that could assist in locating a man who has been listed as missing since July of 2015.
The reporting person informed police that Earl Johnson (DOB: 03-28-1942) was last seen on July 20, 2015. At the time of his disappearance, Johnson was living in an assisted living center and suffered from reported mental disabilities. He has not been seen or heard from since this time.
