New Orleans Police are asking the public's assistance with locating two suspects wanted for access device fraud and illegal possession of stolen property.
Wanted is Mollie Blay (pictured center and right), White female, DOB 03/19/1991. A warrant is on file for her arrest.
The Black male suspect (pictured left) has not yet been identified.
According to investigators, between 9:15 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. on July 10, 2025 both suspects were recorded on security video using the victim's debit card to make multiple purchases at a business in the 3300 block of Tulane Avenue.
Anyone with information regarding the crimes, the identity of the male suspect, or the location of Mollie Blay is asked to call First District detectives at 504-658-6010 or to anonymously call Crimestoppers at 504-822-1111.
