New Orleans Police have arrested a suspect for illegal dumping.
Arrested is Steven Miller, Black male, DOB:03/09/1981.
According to investigators, around 5:30 p.m. on July 9, 2025 the pictured 2002 Chevrolet pickup truck was used to illegally dump trash on the roadway near the Michoud exit from Interstate 10 eastbound. The vehicle is registered to an address in Harvey, LA.
Through investigation, the driver of the vehicle at the time of the offense was identified as being Steven Miller, a resident of Slidell, LA. Steven Miller turned himself in earlier today (07/14/25) at the Seventh District police station. He was charged with one count of LA R.S. 30:2531.1, relative to Gross Littering, and transported to Central Lockup for booking.
