New Orleans Police are asking the public's assistance with locating two suspects wanted for access device fraud, theft, and identity theft.
Wanted are:
Charaine Jones (pictured left), Black female, DOB 03/14/1993.
Monique Brown (pictured right), Black female, DOB 12/19/1982.
Arrest warrants for both suspects are on file.
According to investigators, shortly after midnight on July 6, 2025 in the 1300 block of Barracks Street Charaine Jones and Monique Brown stole the victim's cellular phone and wallet. They used the stolen property to break into the victim's financial accounts and used the access to make fraudulent purchases in New Orleans, Metairie, Kenner, and Harahan.. They also attempted to use the victim’s personal information to open a credit card in his name.
