New Orleans Police are asking the public's assistance with locating a suspect wanted for multiple burglaries.
Wanted is Merrick Kentrell Payton (pictured), Black male, DOB 05/10/1989, height 6' 0", and height 180 pounds. He is known to use a bicycle and to carry the pictured backpack with multi-color side pockets.
Warrants are on file for the arrest of Merrick Kentrell Payton.
According to investigators, between January 31, 2025 and June 18, 2025 Merrick Kentrell Payton burglarized multiple businesses and residences in the uptown area of New Orleans.
