NEW ORLEANS - The NOPD is requesting the public’s assistance in locating Chiquita “Badu” Carter (pictured: DOB: 9/9/80) who is a person of interest in a homicide investigation that occurred on June 7, 2021.
The incident occurred at around 6:40 p.m. in the 1900 block of St. Ann Street. Carter is NOT wanted in this incident and is only sought for questioning.
