The NOPD has obtained an arrest warrant for Albert Davis (DOB: 12-06-1960) in the investigation of an aggravated assault with a firearm that occurred on July 22, 2019 in the 4400 block of Gawain Street.
At approximately 6:30 p.m., Davis is alleged to have been involved in a verbal altercation with the victims. During the course of the verbal altercation, Davis reportedly produced a shotgun and pointed at the victims. The subject then fled the location in an older model white Nissan Altima.
When located, Davis will be arrested for aggravated assault with a firearm and felon in possession of a firearm.
