The NOPD is seeking to locate and identify a subject in the investigation of a residence burglary that occurred in the 3400 block of Memorial Park Drive on July 22, 2019.
At approximately 12:15 p.m., the pictured unknown subject was observed on security footage stealing a television from a residence.
