NOPD VOWS Unit Arrest Suspect for Aggravated Battery by Cutting Incident

The NOPD Violent Offender Warrant Squad and U.S. Marshals have arrested Dominique Jones (DOB: 11/02/1989) for her involvement in an aggravated battery by cutting incident that occurred in the Fourth District.

At or around 9:30 a.m. on July 7, 2018, the victim and the arrested subject were reportedly engaged in an argument in the 2800 block of Kent Street. Jones reportedly became irate, armed herself with a kitchen knife and stabbed the victim in his left arm.

Jones was arrested on July 27, 2018. Jones was also wanted for an attachment from New Orleans Municipal Court. The subject was transported to the Orleans Parish Justice Center, where she was booked accordingly.
