The NOPD is seeking assistance from the public in locating a person of interest in the investigation of an auto burglary that occurred on June 7, 2018 at the intersection of Conti and Dauphine streets.
Salah Francis (DOB: 02-23-1990) is considered a person of interest and is not wanted in the investigation. However, NOPD Eighth District detectives feel that Francis may have knowledge of information regarding this incident and wish to interview him.
