Sixth District officers are seeking assistance in identifying and locating the pictured subject, after he was observed on surveillance video stealing a package from the front yard of a residence located in the 1300 block of Saint Andrew Street.
On July 10, 2018, at or around 1:50 p.m., the subject was seen reaching over the victim’s fence with a pole and stealing a package from the victim’s front yard.
The subject is described as a black male, thin build, wearing a blue t-shirt, light colored pants and a blue and yellow baseball hat.
