The NOPD has arrested Anthony Stack (DOB: 09-17-1998) in connection with a simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling that occurred on July 27, 2018 in the 30 block of Winners Circle.
At about 2:33 p.m., NOPD Seventh District officers responded to a suspicious persons call in reference to two unknown males who had entered the back yard of a neighbor’s residence. Once the officers arrived on scene, they observed the sliding back door of the neighbor’s residence out of place. The officers made entry into the residence were they discovered Stack standing in the living room. Stack was apprehended and charged with simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling.
