Third District officers have obtained an arrest warrant for Edward Hooker (DOB: 08-04-1981) after he stole a firearm on July 17, 2017.
The victim stated she last saw her Taurus 85 handgun in its packaging on her bed at her home in the 3200 block of Frey Place at around 10 a.m. Through the course of the investigation, officers developed Edward Hooker as the perpetrator in the incident.
