NOPD has identified a suspect wanted in connection with a residential burglary in the Third District.
On July 28, 2017, at approximately 4 a.m., a black male was observed taking a power washer and compressor, lawnmower, "alert stamping 7000WR" electrical cord carrier and cord, and a Robi blower from a structure behind a residence in the 3700 block of Trafalgar.
After investigating the incident, detectives were able to identify the perpetrator as Joseph Caston (DOB: 3-13-1961).
