NOPD needs the public’s assistance in locating a missing person.
Walter Willard (DOB: 4/14/1957) was reportedly last seen by family members on July 19, 2017, around 8:00p.m., at his mother’s home in the 1600 block of Sere Street. His relatives stated that Willard had not reported to the center he attends as scheduled and he has not been seen or heard from since.
