The NOPD is looking to identify and locate a female they believe was involved in a shooting that occurred on January 15, 2017 at the intersection of St. Anthony Street and St. Claude Avenue.

At about 9:30 p.m., the victim was involved in a physical altercation with the suspect in front of a bar on North Claiborne Avenue. Once the victim and the suspect were separated from each other, they were both later at the intersection of St. Anthony Street and St. Claude Avenue. The pictured subject allegedly drove the suspect to this location, where the suspect lowered the window of her vehicle and allegedly fired a gun at the victim. The pictured subject then reportedly drove away from the scene with the suspect in the passenger seat of the vehicle. The pictured subject was positively identified as the driver of the vehicle in this incident.  

The subject is described as a black female that may go by the first name of “Felicia” or by the nickname “Lee Lee.”
