Reward Offered for Theft Incident on Townsend Place

Reward Offered for Theft Incident on Townsend Place

The NOPD continues to search for lawn equipment valued at more than $30,000 reported stolen from a warehouse owned by the Housing Authority of New Orleans (HANO) in the 7800 block of Townsend Place. The incident occurred on December 24, 2016.

At around 7 p.m., a white Dodge pickup was seen on surveillance video driving away from the area with lawn equipment in the truck bed. The vehicle is believed to be a 2000 to 2006 Dodge truck with black racing stripes, a missing tailgate and a tool box affixed to the rear of the truck.

Anyone with any information regarding this incident is asked to contact Seventh District detectives at 504-658-6070.
