The NOPD needs the public’s assistance in locating a missing man.
The reporting person stated that her brother, Orlando Williams (DOB: 10-23-1979), has not been seen or heard from in a month. Williams is reportedly homeless, but his sister stated he would check in with her weekly. She also reported that Williams suffers from medical issues and may be off of his medication.
