NOPD Seeking to Locate Suspect in Fifth District Robbery Investigation

The NOPD is seeking assistance from the public to help identify and locate a suspect wanted in the investigation of a robbery that occurred on January 1, 2026, in the 2400 block of Elysian Fields Avenue.

The pictured unknown black male suspect allegedly engaged in a verbal argument with the victim, during which he snatched the victim’s backpack out of her hand and fled the scene.

All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
