NOPD Seeking Missing Juvenile, Suspect in Child Abuse & Juvenile Delinquency Investigations

The NOPD is seeking assistance in locating a juvenile female reported to be missing and a suspect with whom she is believed to have fled.

On January 11,2022, 15-year-old female Andrea Vallecillo (pictured at left) reportedly ran away from her foster home after learning she would be returning to her biological mother’s house. The juvenile was seen leaving the residence with Edinzon Vasquez (pictured at center and right, Hispanic male, DOB: 08-06-2002) in a blue Chevrolet Colorado pickup truck bearing an unknown Mississippi license plate.

Vasquez is currently sought on a previous child abuse arrest warrant, as well as on an arrest warrant on a charge of contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile.

Anyone with additional information on this incident is asked to contact either NOPD Seventh District detectives at 504-658-6070, NOPD Child Abuse Detective Mario Bravo Jr. at 504-658-5267 or Crimestoppers of Greater New Orleans at 504-822-1111 or toll-free 1-877-903-STOP.
