The NOPD has obtained an arrest warrant for Jerome Burks (pictured, male, DOB: 11-21-1988) in the investigation of a simple kidnapping incident on December 30, 2020 in the 3000 block of Holiday Drive.
At about 2:45 pm, Burks reportedly picked the victim up from the 3000 block of Holiday Drive. Burks then allegedly refused to let the victim leave and held her against her will. The subject relocated the victim to Baton Rouge, LA, where the victim was released. However, Burks remains at large.
