The NOPD is seeking two persons of interest sought for questioning in the investigation of an aggravated battery by shooting on January 4, 2021 at the intersection of Chef Menteur Highway and Stemway Drive.
Kelvin Lyons (pictured at left, male, DOB: 04-14-1987) and a second unknown black male (pictured at right) were observed fleeing the area in the pictured silver Mercedes sedan.
The subjects are not currently wanted in this investigation, but are sought for questioning.
