The NOPD is seeking assistance in locating the perpetrator of an aggravated battery by shooting on January 3, 2021 in the 12100 block of South I-10 Service Road.
At about 10:11 p.m., while the victim was at her place of employment at the location, the victim was reportedly advised by a co-worker that an unknown male subject was burglarizing the victim’s vehicle parked in the business' parking lot. Upon the victim and co-worker exiting the business to check their vehicle, the male subject discharged a weapon toward the victim, striking the victim. The suspect then fled the location in the vehicle pictured below.
