The NOPD is seeking assistance in locating a suspect in the investigation of an armed carjacking on December 4, 2020 in the 1500 block of North Lopez street.
In this incident, the pictured subject wearing dark clothing and white shoes allegedly at gunpoint took the victim’s vehicle – a gray 2018 Honda Civic bearing Louisiana license plate 346CBT.
