NOPD Arrests Juvenile Suspects in Seventh District Armed Robberies

The NOPD has arrested two juvenile male suspects in the investigation of two armed robberies and an armed carjacking incident, all occurring within a 12-hour period on January 6, 2021 in the Seventh District.

The two suspects were initially arrested after being positively identified as the perpetrators of an armed robbery in the 7000 block of Crowder Boulevard. Through further investigation, NOPD Seventh District detectives determined the suspects were also responsible for an armed robbery in the 7000 block of Lake Willow Drive and an armed carjacking in the 7000 block of Lawrence Road. The three incidents occurred during a span beginning at 11:30 a.m. and ending at 10:25 p.m.

The two suspects were booked into the Juvenile Justice Intervention Center, each on two counts of armed robbery and one count of armed carjacking.
