The owners of Fiorella’s Café have been providing food for the Second District during Mardi Gras for several years. During a conversation with the owner of Fiorella’s Café Calcie Fiorella, Chief Noel expressed his love for fried chicken, in fact, he stated that his favorite part of the chicken is the chicken’s skin.
Months later, Fiorella tested the fried chicken skins and decided that they would be a great addition to their menu.
Uncle Paul’s Fried Chicken Cracklins is now available as a side dish at Fiorella’s Café, located at 5325 Franklin Avenue. If you’re ever in the mood for a crispy snack, stop by Fiorella’s Café and try Uncle Paul’s Fried Chicken Cracklins.
