The NOPD is requesting the public’s assistance in locating and identifying two suspects in the investigation of an armed robbery that occurred on February 12, 2020.
At about 5:11 p.m., the two pictured suspects entered the Rainbow store in the 4100 block of South Carrollton Avenue. One of the suspects allegedly removed several security tags from various women’s clothing items and placed them into her purse. A store employee reportedly observed the incident and walked over to the suspect and told her she was stealing. The second subject then reportedly walked towards the employee with a knife held in her hand and threatened physical harm to the employee. The suspects continued placing items into the purse and then fled the store on foot.
