The NOPD is requesting assistance from the public in identifying and locating suspects sought in the investigation of as many as 10 multiple vehicle burglaries that occurred on February 21, 2020 in the Fourth District.
The subject – an unidentified black male wearing all black clothing and a red head covering – is seen in multiple surveillance videos in commission of these vehicle burglaries in the area of the 2600 block of Halsey Street.
