New Orleans Police are asking the public's assistance with locating a person of interest.
Sought is Dashaun Brackens (pictured), Black male, DOB 11/07/2006, He is believed to reside in Chalmette, LA.
According to investigators, a vehicle theft occurred in the Fourth District on January 24, 2026. Dashaun Brackens is believed to possess information about the theft that is important to the investigation.
Note Dashaun Brackens is NOT wanted for this crime and is sought becaus3e of the information he is believed to possess.
