The NOPD is requesting assistance in identifying and locating two suspects in the investigation of an armed robbery that occurred on February 6, 2025, in the 500 block of O’Bannon Street.
At about 6:24 p.m., the victim arrived at a local bank to withdraw money. The victim advised that as she retrieved the money and placed it in her pocket. two unknown black males walked up to the bank behind the victim. As the victim turned to walk back to her vehicle, Suspect #1 (pictured at left) pointed a black handgun at her and demanded money. The victim reached into her pocket and handed the money to Suspect #1. Both subjects then fled on O’Bannon Street toward Sanctuary Drive, then unknown. The suspects were described as follows:
Suspect #1 – A dark-skinned black male with a slim build, wearing a black hoodie, black Dickies-style pants, and a black ski mask. The subject is about 5’6” tall and about 140 pounds in weight.
Suspect #2 – A brown-skinned black male with a slim build, wearing a black hoodie, red gym shorts, and a black ski- mask (bottom half below the chin). The subject is about 5’8” tall and about 140 pounds in weight.
All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
