The NOPD is asking for the public's assistance in locating a subject wanted in connection with a theft investigation.
Charaine Jones (pictured black female DOB: 03-14-1993) is being sought in connection with the alleged theft of a cellphone in the 4700 block of Canal Street on February 22, 2023.
A theft warrant has been issued for Jones.
