The NOPD is asking for the public's help in identifying a subject wanted in connection with a theft reported in the Third District.
On February 20, 2023, at around 10:25 a.m., the victim reported that she left her backpack unattended at a business in the 600 block of North Carrolton and it was stolen.
Through investigation, surveillance video was obtained showing the above pictured unknown black male, allegedly taking the backpack.
