The NOPD is asking for the public's assistance in an investigation into the theft of a catalytic converter in the Second District.
On February 10, 2023, at about 1:14 a.m., an unknown subject arrived in the above pictured SUV and climbed under the victim's Toyota Tundra in the 200 block of Elenore Street and removed the catalytic converter. The subject then fled in the same SUV.
