Suspects Wanted for Simple Robbery on Magazine Street

NOPD officers are searching for four unknown suspects after their alleged involvement in a simple robbery incident that occurred in the Second District.

The victim told police that on February 12, 2019, around 2:47 p.m., she was working as a cashier at a business located in the 5500 block of Magazine Street when the pictured subjects entered the business. Two female subjects reportedly stayed at the front of the store while the male subject and another female subject proceeded to the back of the store.

The reporting person told police that she observed the male subject with multiple pieces of merchandise in his hand. The subjects reportedly ran towards the door, at which time the cashier followed the subjects and attempted to retrieve the merchandise that was being stolen. The male subject reportedly grabbed the victim by the neck and threw her to the ground while the other subjects fled the scene. 

The subjects were last seen fleeing the scene in a red Volkswagen Jetta, bearing temporary tag #18210590.
