NOPD Arrests Suspect in Seventh District for Possession of Stolen Vehicle

The NOPD has arrested Ronnie Robinson (DOB: 11-21-1995) after he was found to be in possession of a vehicle reported as stolen.

On February 12, 2019, NOPD Seventh District officers observed an individual in the 6200 block of Morrison running from a vehicle that matched the description of a vehicle reported stolen from the 7600 block of Tricia Court. After a brief pursuit, officers located the subject – later identified as Robinson, in an abandoned residence nearby and arrested him without incident.

Robinson was booked into the Orleans Parish Justice Center for possession of a stolen vehicle and possession of marijuana.

Anyone with information on this incident is asked to contact NOPD Seventh District detectives at 504-658-6070.
