Suspect Wanted for Theft After Being Hired to do Repairs

The NOPD has obtained an arrest warrant for Eric Warden (DOB: 03/30/1967) in connection with a theft incident after he was hired to do repairs on a property in the 100 block of Alix Street. 

The victim told police that he hired Warden to do repairs on his rental property. The victim reportedly purchased supplies for Warden to use and left the wanted subject at his property to complete the work. 

When the victim returned to the location a week later on January 16, 2018, he discovered Warden and the purchased items missing from the location. 

Once located, Warden will be arrested for theft valued less than $1,000.
