Surveillance Video Captures Suspect Wanted in Shooting on Gentilly Boulevard

The NOPD is seeking assistance in locating and identifying a suspect seen on surveillance video fleeing after an aggravated battery by shooting incident in the 1800 block of Gentilly Boulevard.

The incident happened on February 6, 2018. At around 3:53 a.m., an aggravated battery by shooting occurred in the area where one male victim sustained a gunshot wound during the incident.  Through the course of the investigation, detectives discovered the suspect, who was wearing a white shirt and dark pants, was seen fleeing the scene of the incident in the video.
