The NOPD is seeking assistance in locating a woman who was seen stealing diapers and hair bows from the Dollar General.
The incident happened on February 10, 2017. At around 12:15 p.m., the subject was seen on surveillance video removed a box of Luvs brand diapers and several hair bows from the 200 block of North Broad Street. The suspect then flees the location in a maroon colored, Mazda CV with Mississippi license plate of HCL231.
