Suspect Sought for Theft on Elmira Street

The NOPD needs the public’s assistance in locating a suspect wanted in connection with a theft in the 500 block of Elmira Street.

On February 22, 2017, the victim observed Woodrow Gibson (DOB: 3/19/1984) leaving the victim’s residence with a shop vacuum and portable heater.  Gibson then fled the scene.

The victim is an acquaintance of Gibson’s but stated he did not give Gibson permission to take the items.
