The NOPD is seeking to locate a stolen 2005, black Honda scooter that was taken from the 1000 block of Orleans Avenue.
The victim told police on January 31, 2017 at around 9 p.m. he locked and secured his scooter in the area. The next day at around 6 p.m., the victim discovered his vehicle missing from the area.
