Persons of Interest Sought in Armed Robbery on Downman Road

The NOPD needs the public’s assistance in identifying three persons of interest.

 

On February 14, 2017, an armed robbery took place at the Shell gas station in the 4800 block of Downman Road. NOPD would like to talk with three unknown males who may have important information regarding this incident.

Armed Robbery

In Louisiana, an armed robbery conviction requires the offender to be imprisoned at hard labor for 10 – 99 years, without benefit of parole, probation, or suspension of sentence. When a firearm is used in the commission of the crime, the offender will be imprisoned for an additional 5 years that will be served consecutively to the original sentence.
