NOPD Makes Arrest in Aggravated Assault on Yorktown Drive

The NOPD has arrested Jordan Hines (DOB: 5/6/1993) for aggravated assault with a firearm in the 7200 block of Yorktown Drive.


On February 18, 2017, Hines approached the victim, an individual he had previously been involved in a physical altercation with, and pointed the firearm at the victim. He then asked the victim if he had any problems concerning the original altercation the pair had. Hines then left the scene.


Through further investigation and interviews with witnesses, Seventh District officers located Jordan Hines and arrested him. The firearm used in the incident was also recovered.
