NOPD needs the public’s assistance in locating a missing person.
Halbert Williams (DOB: 3-27-1962) was reportedly last seen on February 9, 2017 at approximately noon. The reporting person stated Williams was waiting in front of 1806 St. Phillip Street for transportation back to his home, but when the bus arrived Williams was gone. He has not been seen or heard from since.
Williams is described as a black male, 5’7” tall, 170 pounds, with short salt and pepper hair. He was last seen wearing a gray shirt and unknown colored pants.
