The NOPD is seeking assistance in locating a juvenile reported as missing.
The missing juvenile’s mother stated that Timothy Trader (DOB: 06-06-2002) skipped school on Friday, February 17, and attended Mardi Gras parades downtown with a friend only known as “Josh.” At about 11 p.m. Trader was dropped off at his residence in the 7000 block of Bunker Hill Road. When he observed that his family was angry with him for skipping school, he ran out of his residence and has not been seen since.
Trader was last seen in his Warren Easton School uniform, consisting of a white polo style shirt and grey pants. Trader has also reportedly run away in the past and may possibly be with his friend “Josh,” who is believed to live in the area of Chef Menteur Highway between Read Boulevard and Bullard Avenue.
