A blue and, gray 2005 Sea-Doo Bombardier jet ski was stolen from a residence in the 4900 block of Cucullu Street. The NOPD is seeking assistance in locating the stolen vehicle.

The victim told police he last saw the jet ski parked at his residence on February 17, 2017 at about 10 a.m. When he returned to the location at about 1 p.m. on Feb. 18, he noticed that both the jet ski and trailer which held it were missing.

A review of surveillance video from a nearby business showed that at about 1:12 a.m., a white van was seen driving away with a jet ski and trailer attached that matched the description of the victim’s items.

A photo of a vehicle similar in make, model and color is included with this release. Note that the pictured vehicle is not the actual vehicle reported stolen in this incident.
